We accept Workman's Compensation cases as well as many private insurances such as Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Providence Health Plans and most Medicare plans.  We recommend that you contact your health insurance company to ensure that Dr. Kinder is a preferred provider for your plan to help prevent any unnecessary out of network costs.

We care about the health of all of our patients.  To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, it's variants, the flu and other easily transmittable diseases we are asking that, when possible, patients attend their appointments alone. 

If you are experiencing any COVID or flu like symptoms, please do not come into the office.  Please call us and we will help to reschedule your appointment. 

Per the Oregon Health Authority, face masks are now optional in medical settings. If you would feel more comfortable with our wearing masks, please do not hesitate to ask.
